Review:
HABIBTI is the 3^rd album to complete Drakes tremendous trio he dropped on us, this is classic lover boy Drake, with the old phrase being “Drake who hurt you”. Filled with the hurt felt pain and the typical 90s R&B whining, this is a great offering from the iceman. This takes me back to when I was younger, and you start to understand why he says the things he does. At 40 it’s not easy being alone and with game and with fortune it’s that much harder. He makes sure we understand it and you can feel it in the heavy auto tune usage on the tracks. The Length is questionable, and it does seem a bit rushed but as we all know from the last two efforts, he is on his way out of UMG finishing his 3-album contract.
